What’s happening at Stages 26 & 27?
We’re pleased to share that construction on Stages 26 and 27 is advancing smoothly, alongside vital upgrades to local roads. Here’s an update on what’s happening:
- Groundwork preparation for new homes and infrastructure
- Installation of underground services (water, power, sewer)
- Road construction to support the growing community
Yanchep Beach Road Upgrade
To support future growth in the area, we’re upgrading Yanchep Beach Road and extending Greenside Drive. Densford Civil is undertaking the works, which have now commenced, with completion anticipated by the end of January 2026. We’re looking to minimise disruption to the community as much as possible, with management plans for noise, vibration, and dust in place, approved by the City of Wanneroo. While works are underway, Yanchep Beach Road will remain open, with traffic management in place to minimise disruptions.
Impacts during works
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Occasional Saturday work may be needed between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Vehicles will be diverted onto paved sidetracks around the construction works
- Yanchep Beach Road will remain open throughout the construction period, and there will be no diversions through back roads in Yanchep
