What’s happening at Stages 26 & 27?
We’re pleased to share that construction on Stages 26 and 27 is advancing smoothly, alongside vital upgrades to local roads. Here’s an update on what’s happening:
- Groundwork preparation for new homes and infrastructure
- Installation of underground services (water, power, sewer)
- Road construction to support the growing community
Yanchep Beach Road Upgrade
To support future growth in the area, we’re upgrading Yanchep Beach Road and extending Greenside Drive with:
- New lighting for improved visibility
- Updated road signs for safer navigation
- Pedestrian paths and upgraded drainage
While work is underway, Yanchep Beach Road will remain open, with traffic management in place to minimise disruptions. Noise, vibration, and dust will be carefully managed to ensure minimal impact on the surrounding community.
When is the work happening?
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Occasional Saturday work may be needed
Completion Date
